Facility Rules

Provo SDA Church Facility Rules

  1. Youth under the age of 12 must always be supervised by an adult
  2. Individuals, or parents, responsible for damaging facilities or furnishings must pay for repairs and replacement
  3. Food, gum or drinks are not allowed except in kitchen/dining areas
  4. Alcoholic beverages, smoking, illegal drugs are not allowed
  5. Silence cell phones/pagers during meetings
  6. Profanity or vulgar language is not allowed
  7. All clothing must be modest
  8. No fighting or other violence is allowed
  9. No pets, except for assistance animals, are allowed
  10. Provo SDA Church is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Lost items should be returned to Church Secretary’s office
  11. Rooms must be restored to original condition after use
  12. Do not adjust the thermostat for heating and/or air conditioning
  13. Turn off lights, water, and kitchen equipment and lock outside doors at conclusion of event
  14. Groups using the facility should stay only in designated areas; overnight parking with permission
  15. Leadership reserves the right to eject any person/group violating these rules
